Features
1. The calendaring device adopts steel rubber, and the embossing bottom roller can adopt wool roller, wool roller or rubber roller (one of them).
2. The base paper is sent to the calendaring device through the synchronous belt, and then to the embossing device after calendering and printing. There are tension adjustment devices between the base paper and the calendaring and the embossing.
3. If the folding wheel is wrapped with paper, it will trigger the automatic shutdown protection device.
4. The gap between two folding wheels can be adjusted according to different layers and weight of base paper.
5. Steel to steel calendaring device can be added.
6. Engraved embossing is optional.
7. Adopt pneumatic synchronous transmission and frequency control
8. The embossing device can be equipped with automatic constant temperature heating device.
